Mine work records into a content idea review queue
Source-backed example. Practical decision guidance is proposed and untested; this is not a full implementation guide.
The problem
Useful content ideas from client calls and daily work are easily forgotten before someone decides what is appropriate to publish.
Agent job
Review authorized transcripts and work logs, identify reusable ideas and add them to a content review queue.
Expected output
A queue of work-derived content ideas awaiting owner selection and any client-attribution approval.

Editorial framing and outcome limits
Describes the task’s purpose and intended output; measured benefit, safe unsupervised operation and successful delivery are not established by this framing.

Why use this
A useful lesson can emerge during client work and then disappear into a transcript or time log. The most memorable anecdote may also contain details that identify a client, disclose an unresolved problem or imply a result nobody has approved for publication.
A private idea queue could separate the reusable lesson from the sensitive incident that inspired it. The owner could decide which concepts deserve development and which require attribution permission before spending effort on a public draft.
Why an agent / simpler alternative
- Useful judgment
Recognize recurring themes across work records and distinguish an original content angle from confidential client specifics.
- Simpler alternative
Keep a manual idea notebook when the owner can reliably capture lessons after each engagement.
- Unsuitable when
Records are outside the owner's permitted use or content creation depends on identifiable client disclosures.
Proposed inputs
- Name
Work excerpt sample
- Owner
Service business owner
- Minimum scope
Approved deidentified transcript and work-log passages
- Quality check
Remove client identifiers and restricted discussion.

- Owner
Content owner
- Minimum scope
Audience, allowed themes and attribution restrictions
- Quality check
Separate general lessons from claims requiring client approval.
Access and setup — proposed or unknown
- Proposed minimum
Read-only excerpts and a private idea list; no publishing or messaging access.
- Compatibility unknowns
Unknown: current runtime, transcript access, note formats and review-queue integration.
- External actions requiring approval
Publication, client attribution, external sending and sharing underlying work records.
Expected deliverable and review checks
- Proposed artifact
Idea cards with audience, proposed angle, supporting excerpt IDs and disclosure-review flags.
- Critical checks
Each idea adds a clear reader question rather than merely restating a meeting.
Deidentification does not leave a distinctive combination that exposes the client.
- Missing output evidence
No new workflow run or output inspection is performed for this editorial layer. The linked implementation evidence retains the original source-specific outcome and artifact limits.
Failure signals and proposed responses
- Signal
A lesson includes a distinctive project date and problem.
- Why it matters
Removing the client's name may still leave them identifiable.
- Proposed response
Generalize the situation further or hold the idea for explicit attribution review.
- Signal
Several cards retell the same incident.
- Why it matters
The queue can look productive while offering little editorial variety.
- Proposed response
Consolidate evidence under one angle and distinguish genuinely different reader questions.
Effort and cost — unknown
- Setup work
Define eligible records and a client-disclosure checklist.
- Ongoing review
Select useful ideas and verify any proposed outcome claims.
- Unknowns
Unknown: transcription charges, processing volume and disclosure-review effort.
First check — proposed, unexecuted
- Status
proposed_unexecuted
- Synthetic fixture
Four invented work excerpts contain one repeated lesson and one uniquely identifying project anecdote.
- Acceptance checks
Merge repeated ideas without losing references.
Flag the identifying anecdote before any drafting for publication.
- Stop conditions
Real client records, attribution decisions or public outputs are needed.
Limits
This is a proposed idea-review aid; owner selection and publication permission remain separate from source access.
