Access requirements
- WebDAV needs instance access and credentials; external authentication or two-factor policies may require an app password.
- MCP requires Assistant, Context Agent, AppAPI 3.1.0+, deployment setup and an app password; tool groups depend on enabled apps.
- A client must support Streamable HTTP; the named client examples are vendor documentation, not independent tests.
Suggested approval gates
Editorial guidance; these gates do not grant permission or claim vendor enforcement.
- Approve installation and persistent credential or OAuth access separately.
- Approve uploads and target folders; review replacements and moves before bulk application.
- Treat link sharing, external messages and deletion as separate approval boundaries.
Limits
- A documented interface is a primitive, not evidence of agent/account access or successful end-to-end execution.
- MCP belongs to the separately deployed Context Agent, not the server repository alone.
- Context Agent license text is checked separately; other app licenses and capabilities require their own review.
- No browser-control interface was established.
Canadian workflow availability: not verified. Hosted-service entitlement: not checked.
